Vascularization remains a major obstacle in tissue engineering. Here, we introduce a bioprinting strategy to generate centimeter-scale, self-organizing "mother vessel" constructs from iPSC-derived hiMPCs. By optimizing bioink composition, printing was accomplished in a single-step approach.
