该研究开发了一种基于核壳冷冻微针(CryoMNs)和毛囊类器官(HFOs)培养的新方法,用于毛囊单位再生。可降解的核壳CryoMNs具有均匀壁和多个小通道,负载HFOs后应用于裸鼠,支持仿生毛囊单位生长,模拟自然毛发再生。该方法为类器官皮下递送和组织工程毛囊系统再生提供了新思路。
